The Care agreement is a service for customers who want to ensure undisrupted production based on long-lasting operation of the measurement instruments. Under the Care agreement, we perform planned health checks and preventive maintenance in order to keep in place customer instruments’ original specifications through years. Extended warranty
Customer has a unique opportunity to get additional years of coverage beyond the factory warranty for the refractometers. When purchased with a new process refractometer, it is possible to get warranty extensions of up to 5 years in total.
