Starting as an Operator, Steve quickly advanced to Crew Chief, and is now a manager overseeing the City’s snow removal program along with street sweeping operations and other groups within Streets. His extensive experience and leadership have been pivotal in maintaining the city’s infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of critical services. Outside of his professional life, Steve enjoys fishing and traveling with his wife of 23 years, reflecting his commitment to both his career and personal passions.
Speaker: Scott Bowman Sr Database Analyst, City of Fort Collins Scott Bowman is a Senior Analyst in the Information Technology Department for the City of Fort Collins, Colorado. Scott has a BS in Mathematics and a MS in Computer Science from Colorado State University. Scott has worked in the Information Technology field over the last 35 years at the city and during that time has been involved in all aspects of technology, primarily specializing in Asset Management and Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) applications. Scott enjoys spending time with his family and attending CSU football games.
