Ecological bio-decontamination with vaporized hydrogen peroxide Vaisala's PEROXCAP® vaporized hydrogen peroxide probes for simple, accurate, and effective bio-decontamination Vaporized hydrogen peroxide is an ecological bio-decontamination agent that decomposes into water and oxygen, leaving no residue. This has led to its widespread use in bio-decontamination processes. Vaisala HPP270 Series Probes The unique 3-in-1 probe PEROXCAP® HPP272 for measuring H2O2, humidity and temperature has been developed further and the accuracy is now in a wider temperature range. Furthermore, dew point and vapor pressure measurements are available. There is also a new type of probe available; the HPP271 was developed for applications where only hydrogen peroxide (ppm) and temperature dew point measurements are needed.The probes can be calibrated and adjusted on-site with humidity by using Vaisala Insight PC Software and a humidity calibrator such as Vaisala HMK15 salt calibrator.
